HIGH SCHOOL REFEREES NEEDED

As many of you are aware we have a shortage of OHSAA licensed referees. Many of our certified USSF referees do not referee high school for various reasons.

Now is a good time to consider or reconsider joining the OHSAA ranks. Anyone interested in becoming a High School official please contact Steve Zeise at 440-926-3562 or Joe Blackham at 440-967-5638. High School games generally average $50 for a two-man varsity and $30 for a two man JV game.

New Referee classes are set for persons who wish to become High School Soccer Referees.  These classes are scheduled to begin on Saturday July 19th, 2008 at LCCC in room CC228, starting at 9:00am.  No prior experience is needed and current USSF referees are welcome.   The cost of this clinic is $95.00.  This fee includes your first year OHSAA fees and instruction material.2007 REFEREE Clinic Application
